Batching T&C's

  • Your race time is taken from the time of the start of your batch to the time that you cross the finish line. I.e. if you run the long course in batch C your start time will be at 09h04, not 09h00. Your race result will indicate this as such.
  • Your batch will be printed on your race number.
  • Batches will start in 2 minute intervals with the LONG course first and the SHORT course 15-20 minutes after the last long course batch
  • There will only be one entrance to the starting pen and this entrance will be regulated by one or two marshals. They will only let you in if the batch number on your race number coincides with the batch that is about to start. Listen to announcements on the morning to make sure you start in the correct batch.
  • You cannot change your batch during the Series. The batch you choose in the first race that you enter is the one that you will stay in for the rest of the Series.
  • If you enter on the day, you will have the opportunity to choose a batch, but batches are limited and if the batch you wanted to choose is full you will need to pick a different batch.
  • If you want to run with a friend who runs in a slower batch, you are allowed to start in the later batch. However, your time will not be adapted and your start time will remain as it is on the system.
  • If you start in an earlier batch from the one that you are allocated to, you will be disqualified. Please make sure you're on time for your start batch, we will not adapt your time if you start in a later batch than the one you were supposed to start in.
  • Any exceptions to this will be at the discretion of the Race Director.
