Gauteng Summer Trail Series 2011 - Race 1
SO IT BEGINS!!
The first race of the Gauteng Summer Trail Series 2011 starts this weekend, on the 16th October at a BRAND NEW venue that we are very excited about - the Mountain Sanctuary Park. Entries are now closed for this first event, but entries for races 2-4 are still open.
Directions etc are right here. Please note - there will be no pre-series registration at adidas this time as we just can't manage it logistically. Please be aware that everyone will be registering on Sunday morning and so there may be a bit of a queue. PLEASE DON'T wait until 6h30 to arrive, park and register! I know its early, but you can always have a coffee, chat with mates and take in the beautiful surroundings before race start, and avoid standing in a queue before running!!

A big thumbs-down to not being able to register at Adidas Rosebank...not a wise decision from a retail POV either - I was planning on using my Winter series discount opportunity when I picked up my Summer series number.
