Typical summer SE winds tore over and around the Tygerberg Nature Reserve ridgeline yesterday evening as some 600 runners took to what is arguably one of the toughest Trail Series routes on the CSTS circuit. We've updated the format of the Silvermine Mountain Challenge XL to include an exciting Team Relay aspect!
In addition to the standard 34km route (for the crazy, single soul), teams of two are now allowed to share the 34km route by splitting it into three legs:
