Does anyone know anything about the Suikerbosrand reserve near Heidelberg? I've run a couple of marathons there and it's pretty hilly. I know they talk about 'hiking trails' but that could mean almost anything. I would like try a few of the biggies in the Cape next year and, as awesome as our local trail races are, we need something with more meat.
