Hi Manny, yes you are correct - runners who have completed their 3rd run of the series at Taal Monument and are not attending the 4th race in Kleinmond will receive their medals on Sunday. We're sorry you can't make the 4th race - see you on Sunday!

Hi Sean, don't worry - keep your old race number from last week and reuse it - we will record manually on our side that you are using your same number as last time. Let me know if you have any more questions and see you (and your race number) at the finish line on Sunday!

Hi, about the medals. Will the runners who complete their 3rd run on Sunday, get their medals after the race, if they can't make the 4th run in Kleinmond?

Hi just a question regarding registration and our numbers. We usually register on the day and use the same number each time, but for this one weve entered online and had to give our details etc. This wont affect our race numbers will it?Do we still keep the same one as previous weeks even though weve entered differently this time?

Paarl Rock was a beautiful venue. Majestic mountains make one feel so small and humble. Great running conditions in a stunning area. Thanks Owen and Tam on yet another wonderful morning.

Hi, just wondering when the directions for Sunday will be posted.

Thanks

Sunday's long trail at Lebanon Forest was spectacular! What a wonderful venue to run in! I went for a 'dive' along the way and only afterwards realised that my Garmin must have hooked in the bushes - if you've found it, please bring it to the trail on Sunday! One can only live in hope!

Eish. What a good start to the CWTS. Tygerberg was great. A bit of nature surrounded by concrete jungle. Talk about different worlds. And those climbs, wow? Thought I was fit; think again. Poly Shorts might've been easier...

Great race, Owen. Trust Lebanon will be more of the same...if I survive Bastille
